OUR PROGRAMS

Tiny Tots is part of many other children’s programs offered year-round at the Brea Community Center just for children ages 2 1/2 to 5 years old. Other programs include Kid Care Solutions and Spring Break Day Camp (grades Kinder-6th), and Summer Fun Club (grades TK-2nd). PREPARING CHILDREN

The Tiny Tots program is designed to give children, ages 2 1/2 to 5 years, the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience life through organized recreational activities such as music and movement, manipulative skills, blocks, and art. Tiny Tots is a small beginning to preparing a child for TK/Kindergarten, as well as learning the social skills of communicating with parents, teachers, and other children.

 

All Tiny Tots program participants must submit an emergency contacts form.

Jan 5 – Mar 12* (10wks)
Winter registration is open with limited space available at a prorated fee. No refunds unless space can be refilled. *No class Jan 19 (MLK Day), Feb 16 (Presidents Day).

  • TINY TOTS SPRING SESSION

Mar 23 – May 28* (10wks)

Our Tiny Tots program is a beginning foundation in preparing your child to be Kindergarten ready and function successfully in a classroom setting with an emphasis in whole child development. We focus on a healthy balance between academics and social interactions. 

 

Registration starts Feb 2. Registration packets are available at the Brea Community Center front counter. No refunds unless your time slot can be filled. *No class May 25 (Memorial Day).

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Choose to attend M/W/F or TU/TH weekly 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. with the option to extend your day with Lunch Bunch 12:00 - 2:30 p.m. (Lunch Bunch not offered Fridays). All participants must be independent bathroom users, no pull-up type diapers. Junior Tiny Tots must be 2.5 years old by start of session; Senior Tiny Tots must be 4 years old by 12/31/25.

 

Submit your completed registration forms to the Brea Community Center front counter when registration starts. Registration is processed by date/time received. Registration packets are available at the front counter or use the links above to download. Residents (live, work, attend school in Brea) have priority registration for the first week; all others accepted thereafter.
