The annual Brea 8k Classic Race will take place on Sunday, February 22. Roads in the area will start to close starting at 4:00 a.m. and the course should be fully cleared by 9:30 a.m. The race start time will be 7:00 a.m. This change has been implemented with the goal of reducing traffic impact complaints from previous years.
Find the course map and other race day information on the Brea 8k website. The race team will be handing out door to door in neighborhoods to inform residents about the race and the traffic impacts for race day. Please find the document with general information and maps of street closures here.
