Discover the magical way that sound can help ease you into a meditative state and heightened mind-body awareness. Sound vibration affects all the cells of the body to reduce stress, align and balance the chakras and harmonize body, mind and spirit. Held in the spacious Brea Gallery, where the acoustics are amazing, enjoy a soothing hour of relaxation.

Mats will be provided, but participants are welcome to being their own yoga mats, blankets, and small pillows.
